Domino's Pizza - Radcliff

This store has an ongoing problem of not honoring the pizza builds according to what you order on the app.I have had pizzas come to me as pie cuts when ordered as square or the wrong kind of dough...I just let those go..and started taking screenshots of my order before submitting.Today, I ordered a pizza with NO tomatoes for someone who cannot eat tomatoes and this pizza arrived with tomatoes.Upon calling the store, the person said there is nothing she could do because the online ordering goes through corporate... I call bull...I am going to inforce implied warranty on this place through the courts and recommend everyone take their pizza business to another place.There are some private pizza dispensaries in town with better pizza at half the price.If you do order online, I recommend screenshooting your order before sending and recording the phone call if you call with a problem...ky is a single party consent state for recording calls.

One of the best Domino's I been in and the lady working behind the counter did an excellent job of doing everything ?

Fast service. Our pizza was made right. I've always been a Domino's fan so I enjoyed this location.

I placed my order online for curbside pickup. My order #677 was suppose to be ready at 7:15pm and I arrived to the store at 7:16pm, responded to the curbside text HERE and turned my hazards on. A few minutes later a guy approached my vehicle with an order that wasn 't mine. I gave him my order name, thinking he would return. He didn 't. After 15mins of waiting with my hazards on my order was never brought out to me. I went inside to pick up my order and asked about the curbside service and was told they didn 't hear the notice (yet you saw me sitting with my hazards on for 15minutes). As I returned home and checked my account it shows I received my order 1 minute and 38 seconds after my arrival which was NOT true at all. This was a deliberate act. Not only was I the only vehicle in the parking lot AND the one male server who had approached my vehicle initially knew I was waiting as he came out the first time with the wrong order. This service is unacceptable. I won 't be returning to Dominos from here on out and will gladly take my business elsewhere.
