Kfc - Radcliff

The food is fresh, hot and DELICIOUS. I had a slight problem with my order and the local manager made it in a few minutes. If all companies ran like this clean and well-ordered KFC, the world would be a great place! And these BAKED BEANS are to die!

This isn't Popeyes, but it gets the job done. Since the original KFC days, the chicken just hasn't been the same. It's a bit like how Papa John's pizza isn't quite what it used to be. Anyway, the experience here can be hit or miss. However, if they get it right and are timely, you won't be let down. So, here's hoping luck is on your side and you end up having a great experience at this location!

Rebecca is the best assistant gm, she does an amazing job, Mary is a fantastic cashier. Love the atmosphere there. Good food good service. Very clean restaurant. Last visit 5/5/22- Mary is the best of all time. She did a great job. Rebecca made our order and brought it to us quickly. She did a great job.

This KFC was absolutely fantastic! The manager, Matt, was not only charming but also incredibly attentive, and his entire team knew exactly how to take care of customers. I originally placed my order through DoorDash, but the delivery service let me down. However, KFC stepped up and ensured my order was fresh and delicious, which is exactly what they delivered! The manager personally prepared my order and handed it to me, offering an apology that wasn't even necessary. Matt and his entire crew truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond for me, and I will always remember this experience! Keep up the great work, KFC! You never disappoint!

I dined in at the restaurant, and while the drive-thru was busy, there weren't many diners inside. I have to say, this is the cleanest place I've been to in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly—everyone was helpful and welcoming. It was a great choice!
