Taco Bell - Radcliff

Greeted when I came in, served quickly and thanked when I went. the restaurant was immaculate, also the toilet.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I've never been so disrespected because I've only been thankful for a job. my friend and I have placed online orders and continued to wait 25 minutes for our orders, after I have been waiting until the restaurant with no one in the driveway through the line and no one in the lobby! the only person who welcomed us or even spoke was the very nice cash that had to go to the kitchen and had to tell the line workers that we were here for our pickup. we have never complained about waiting for our order and when we got our food, I went on to say “Thank you very” and then woman who gave my bag saw me up and down and just went away. at least what they would have done was a few maniacs! will not come to this place again.

That is the worst place I've ever been, the service is extremely slow. we have put on a pick-up order and waited still when we arrived there, and there was not even someone there, no one in the car drive thru or lobby, it looked like they didn't even start our order until we came in and said we waited for a pick-up order. of what I could say that only one person made food and all the others stood around, the only nice person was the cash.

Last 3 times we were here, it was pathetic! now sitting on the parking lot waiting for mobile order. I arrived at the loaction 50 minutes ago. crossed through the road and was said to move. parking space and order is brought out. definitiw needs new management.

Worst Taco bell location I have ever been to. I stood in line waiting for 10 minutes while all lobby customers were ignored for drive through then, waiting over 15 for the food to even be made. For this price and time wait, someone can go across the street to El Molinos, I highly suggest that over this restaurant. Hopefully one day they will get proper management. The lady with the neck tattoos, deserves a raise, she made Every meal alone.
