Food was excellent. Sauce with fish dish was excellent. Canoli was good, not a game of syrup on it, but still good. Tiramisu was with some of the best I had in Chicago. Give us free garlic bread sticks with sauce, they mix well with the white wine-Marinara sauce in my seafood dishes but better. It's not the old people. Please check it and keep the doors open. Only other changes in place that I would be with some traditional Italian spots in Chicago (which they might be in the process, I don't know) is 1. Make the place a little more, not such an open floor plan, lower lighting. 2. Warm, fresh baked bread, French or Italian served with soft butter and bottles of olive oil with Italian spice at each table to immerse your bread. Bruschetta was really good, could have been better if the bread had it on half the size and had fresh baby mozzarella on them. Still very good, cut the bread into half. Don't complain, just offer suggestions. Food was great, we will definitely be back and recommend to everything we know.
Seriously one of the best Italian food places I've ever eaten. Even the bread and marinara sauce give them well. Very recommended!
The first time it was great! Great food and good service. In any case, visit again.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Dinner was good. Will be going back more often.
This restaurant is one of the best places to enjoy Italian food. Fresh ingredients and spices are artfully prepared and served In a pleasant atmosphere. The prices are more than reasonable and service is prompt, but not overly intrusive. We were a party of five without reservations and we're greated warmly and served, per our instructions, in a leisurely manner. From appetizers to desert the individual meals were outstanding. If you live or work on the Fort Knox area and haven't tried this establishment yet, your missing out.
