Thai This Express - Radford

I've never written a Google review before, but I had to make an exception for Thai This Express because it was simply *amazing*! At first, I was a bit surprised by the location (it's attached to a gas station), but don't let that put you off! The staff were incredibly welcoming, answered all my questions, and had an infectious positive energy. The menu changes regularly, so be sure to check their Facebook page if you're looking to try a specific dish. I absolutely recommend this place—100000/10!

This place truly shines with the passion and warmth the staff brings to the experience. They are friendly, engaging, and genuinely interested in your feedback. I’m convinced that they use the finest ingredients available, and the food reflects their skill and dedication; it’s delicious and perfectly seasoned. While it's not a fine dining restaurant, it definitely exceeds expectations for a gas station food stop. They offer vegan options and are open to modifying dishes to suit your preferences. Additionally, they serve a variety of drinks, including boba tea, Thai tea, iced coffee, and lemonade, but be aware that the drinks tend to be on the sweeter side. Overall, fantastic job, everyone! Thank you for a wonderful meal and an enjoyable experience!

Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in the NRV. Many locals opt for takeout, but it's also a nice spot to dine in, especially if you're on the go. You won't regret it! The spicy pork bowl is incredible, and I also highly recommend the basil chicken and cashew chicken. If you're a fan of tofu, they prepare a tasty crispy tofu dish as well. Make sure to pay them a visit!

This is now my families favorite restaurant. My kids fell in love with the food and kept saying “that man is the nicest person ever” (Brian, the owner and really, he is. He is so welcoming and accommodating. If you are unsure about something and want to try it first before buying.. he does not hesitate a bit to give you a sample. (Which you really don’t even need because I can assure you, everything there is AMAZING!! thank you Brian and staff, for always giving an amazing experience every time we visit.

We like to support small businesses. After reading the reviews, we tried this unique place. Food was delicious. Being able sample before ordering is a HUGE plus. Out 3 samples were all good but we both had a favorite. My husband had the Alfredo dish and I had the Basil chicken.My meal was plenty for 2 meals. I saved half and because we are traveling, refrigerated it and ate it cold the next day.Delicious cold too!Hopefully we'll stay near here again cause we'd love to eat there again. Also kudos to staff and owner who greeted and chatted with us.
