I recently visited Radford Sharkeys and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with the staff. The service was lacking in several areas, with the staff appearing disinterested and unwelcoming. Despite the restaurant 's busy atmosphere, there seemed to be a lack of attention to customer service, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Moreover, it appears that these issues may stem from the management and ownership. Effective leadership is crucial in creating a positive work environment and ensuring that staff are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. It 's disappointing to see a lack of engagement and support from the owner, as this can significantly impact the overall experience for customers. I hope that the owner of Radford Sharkeys takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to foster a more welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere.
The inefficiency and lack of professionalism displayed by the management team are detrimental to the restaurant's reputation. The manager, Dooley, was absolutely awful and rude, and the staff was really slow. While the food was okay, the overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend coming here
Tuesday hamburger bogo. I had the bison burger. Local beef. Fantastic with tator tots. Beverage to satisfy anyone's thirst. Clean. Careful, it is easy to miss driving by cause it doesn't really stick out. A hidden gem.
