Back Country Jack's Steak

Back Country Jack has it all. The friendly server, delectable dishes, and incredible specialties made for a delightful experience. Dining outside only added to the enchanting atmosphere created by the waitress and the food.

The dining experience at this restaurant was very straightforward. I ordered the surf and turf, which was fine but the portion size was quite small for the price of $29. The house salad was also very simple and could have used some more toppings, in my opinion.

The food was mediocre at best. The drinks were not cold. The service was slow. The restaurant could use some improvements. However, considering the challenges of the past two years, there is potential for growth.

We came here for dinner as there are not a ton of options in Radium. The food was So so. It was pretty busy when we got seated but it took a very long time to get our food. By the time we got our food, the restaurant was nearly empty. We waited a good hour for our food and had to wave the waitress down to get our drinks refilled. It took so long we couldnt get to the ice cream shop in time. Kids were disappointed. Will go somewhere else next time.

Hubby & I went here in late July on a hot summer night. Sat outside looking at some mountains. Had some drinks, ordered the rib steak. Our dinners came in good time, they were cooked perfect. Our plates were cleaned. We are easy to please and may have been a bit tipsy from wine and mountains:). We ate strip steaks, not what we ordered, didn't really notice or care til we were done. I was a server, I've made mistakes , so no biggee. We would go again.
