Waffle House - Raeford

Waffle House gotten so bougie you have to wait to be seated. End up just leaving.

Ordered a coffee and kiddos ordered Waffles and hashbrowns w/ cheese. My coffee mug I took a sip (without adding anything) and there was food crusted all along the inside and bits of it were floating. Disgusted so I didn't order another. Kids got there hashbrowns and gotta love cheese with a side of hair.

Waitress got our order wrong. It was corrected but the had an attitude because we wouldn't accept the first order.

The first time I came to this location over the summer me my children left after sitting for ten minutes and not being greeted. Today when I walked in everyone said hello with a pleasant smile. The food was really good although my eggs wasn’t made correctly but no big deal. The only negative thing that truly bothered me was management. And how he spoke to the employees even so much as raising his voice at two of them. That should be addressed within the higher ups. Because that type of behavior can cause a toxic work environment and those ladies working are really sweet I can tell and don’t deserve it. It’s not always what you say but how you say it and if he can’t be more polite about it he might not be a good candidate for a manager position. But overall thank you ladies I’ll be back soon.

My food was good. Order was correct, it was carry out. The diner was a little too cold.
