Lo Chalet - RAGUSA

Not amazed by the food, but staff is nice and the view is great! Price is quite high for what they offer, but as being the only restaurant in the area you have no other choices.

We have been using a nearby beach for sometime now but only lyrics discovered this place when I looked on TA for possible properties for rent in Punta Braccetto . It is down a road marked Private between the camping sites and hotel. The beach here is sandy and clean with shallow waters ideally suited for children. Lo Chalet sits at the back of the beach with a fenced off area with loungers and sun shades for patrons and a large covered deck area forming the terrace of the restaurant. Service is polite, friendly and helpful a day the food very good with good sized portions. This establishment has a monopoly on food on this beach so do not expect cheep eats. Our lunch consisted of two good sized portions of calamari, a mixed salad, two 33cl bottle of beer and a large bottle of water followed by two coffees. This all cars, etc to €60 which is a little expensive but, as I said, this establishment is the only one and what they do they do very well. The atmosphere is relaxed and the views over the lido to the sea very pleasing .We will visit again but not every day.

Ristorante sulla spiaggia ideale al tramonto. Non hanno cibo tipico e non ci sono varianti vegetariane. Ci hanno concesso un poke vegetariano (togliendoci il pollo) solo perche ' non c 'era molta gente. Non avevano molta varieta ' di vino locali e non avevano vino sfuso. La qualita ' del cibo servito era buona. Apprezzato il Polpo con Mango e Anguria. Pur essendo una sera ventilata ed essendo in veranda abbiamo sofferto il caldo in quanto all 'angolo dove ci hanno messo la finestra era bloccata e non c 'era ricircolo d 'aria.

Abbiamo già conosciuto questo ristorante ed è una garanzia di qualità. la scelta dei piatti non è ampia ma è tutto davvero molto buono...bel locale sulla spiaggia, servizio impeccabile.
