Domino's Pizza - Rājkot

Beautiful and clean place to eat. at the weekend it becomes very small. you need to improve on Koroner services such as front, table cleaning, personal behavior and much more to improve like a brand image

Following observations: Need to display menu and menu booklets should be updated, Place can be cleaner, need to get rid of insects crawling Staff is humble, that's good Staff shortage was clearly evident Exhaustive for the present staff as well A lot of work required to reach Dominos standards. Hope to see some improvements next time

Pizza was good. Need to improve service little bit. Like ordering experience and table cleaning. And also why pricing of soft drinks are different high then other shop? Special pricing with higher mrp for Dominos?

Cleanliness not good. The person taking orders forgot to apply everyday value discount. Soft drinks out of stock. Table not cleaned after customer changes. Even no drinking water available. Only 1 print out of menu was there for customers to select the items. 2 stars only for the food. Rest all need to improve.

Very bad experience. No one was wearing mask on face. Most were wearing mask on neck. When I raised my concern over that no one cared. Pizza were also very badly prepared and vegetables were not fresh. I tried to call customer care but again number was not working. Sad
