Senso 24 Hours Coffee Shop - Rājkot

We’re coming to your restaurant since last 15 years. Always had good service, excellent food, courteous staff, very cooperative. Since last 9 months we were abroad. Came back two weeks ago and visited your restaurant two times. Both the times service was not good, staff is not courteous plates are broken, napkins are torn. We’re not happy at all.

Delicious food for breakfast, varieties of choice. Friendly ambiance, polite staff. Yes, we are talking about Senso restro @Imperial hotel on Yagnik road, Rajkot. It is a 24 hour restro. Nice place to be with your kins. Enjoyed breakfast

It was a good restaurant to dine with friends before but now I will not recommend it at all. In this price range u can find many far better other places in same city Even in ambience you will find other better places. Service quite pathetic, behaviour of the staff is also not courteous. 0% management and coordination between the waiters and manegers.Had very bad experience On top of all this they charge quite extra so not pocket friendly too.

The only name of 5 star hotel, the quality of food was worst than my office canteen food. We ordered manchurian which was not hot and Chinese bhel just had fried chowmein that was also not freshly made. Both the orders were delivered in 5/7 mins while any normal fresh food takes 12/15 mins to prepare. They served the stale food to us, as in Rajkot late night restaurants are very less due to which people don’t have much options for weekend late night dinner. Weekend rush could be understandable but service food with no taste and no quality should not be expected from star rated locations. Highly Disappointed

The staff services and quality of food in this reastaurant has deteriorated miserably. Earlier it was a very good restaurant. Staff over here don't even bother to hear the guests. They served dirty glasses, I could clearly see lip marks on them, when I asked to change glasses the guy answered me very rudely. Quality of food is very disappointing. Have to leave the food half finished. They don't even bother to serve lemon and salad with punjabi food.
