Aqva - Rakvere

Great hotel. Went there with my parents and kids. We all enjoyed the different swimming pools and saunas. Had amazing dinner in the restaurant there as well. Service was excellent. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices for everyone. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Thank you for the experience!

Very bad service. We arrived with the child at 21:00, and there was only one employee for the entire hotel. He was very slow. We booked one of the best suites, which was not even heated. Very unprofessinal reception worker who could not help us. At the morning same impolite attitude..... Maybe its just the level of this hotel..... Very bad impression..

Superb boutique spa in the middle of Rakvere, but still in quiet and pictoresque location. Simple, but comprehensive waterpark with a little slide, sports swimming pool and sauna world with almost all different types of sauna at your disposal.

Air condition is insane. You cant control air condition by yourself. As we arrived to room it has 18 degrees. Discussed with reception. They ask what temperature you want, I say 21 degrees. Still room is frozen after two hours. Still Fan is at high speed. Now I need to go back and ask again to warm the temp or turn it of. I think we will leave the after air condition is fine. Totally stupid system. Never come back to this hotel anymore. I would except that this level prizing there would not be this kind of issues.
