Feedback gevenThe management need to provide training for their staff on customer interaction. The drive-thru worker was very rude to me, so I decided to leave without ordering. I no longer wish to eat at this restaurant. Glen Daniel's DQ used to be great, but it has gone downhill in recent years.
I have went to this DQ twice while delivering cars for my job… the food was awesome and the service was great!! And there is one girl that works in there, that is absolutely gorgeous hoping
I've been to MANY DGs in my lifetime and this one is the overall the VERY BEST. Staff were very professional and super polite to all the customers. Food was great and although it was super busy there , the staff kept the restaurant clean and organized. THANK ALL OF YOU for your hard work. Please keep it up. . I will keep coming there.
Giving 2 stars…. Only because the food was somewhat good.1. Don’t expect fast service. Be prepared to wait 15/20 minutes on your order. Even if you see 10 employees behind the counter.2. Don’t expect friendly service. No communication. No greeting. No apologies for the wait time.3. Don’t expect proper customer service. Be prepared to be “greeted” with rudeness and drive-thru windows being shut.4. You can expect food being decent. But considering you wait 20mins you would hope so. Asking for napkins, utensils seems to be to much extra work also for the employees to give you…5. Seems like the employees DO NOT have any urgency or rush time to get customers in and out just going with the flow getting paid by the hour. .6. If you don’t mind overly priced food. Slow service and rude customer service. This place is definitely for you. I would like to add that some of these employees work do marvelously working at Karen’s Diner. (Which is an establishment where the employees get to treat customers rudely and not a care in the world about food service.
The food was fresh, hot, and the restaurant was clean.
