Little Caesars Pizza - Raleigh County

Use the drive through then sit in the parking lot for 40 minutes waiting on my food everytime. Awful customer service!

Waited an hour for food, got cheese craze cups, stuffed crazy bread, and italian cheese bread, the receipt is timed at 7:25, it is now 8:27 and just got my food, the italian bread is cold, they charged me for an extra “crazy sauce” which I never ordered, and the girl working the line was just completely rude, multiple people waiting in cars beside me had the same complaints, and they also said they offer no discounts or refunds for the wait or anything.

Drive thru hard to get through. Sometimes they have you pull up to the general parking. Once they forgot what car I drove and it was a mess. Food still good though.

Nothing is hot and ready. Ever. Certain employees are not friendly at all.

Lady was very rude waited 20 minutes for two pizzas then was rudely told it be another 15 minutes and they was NOT busy at that time.
