Ordered 2 small shakes, 2 small curly frit, a large fish deluxe meal over a drive thru, but the cash register was extremely careless and unprofessional took my two coupons, but not them in my bill. When I asked the cashier about the bill, he log three times in front of me and said I had another coupon (not even included in the bill) that 's the only coupon I got, and you don't have to smash the bag when I only take one bag normally. Then he smashed the window! That was so rude. Contains shake and frit, but no meal or drinks. I called 3x to contact the store, but nobody answered. No wonder it's only 2 stars on egg yolk!
Slow, everyone. time. I'm coming here, they're telling me to move and wait. they do so that they do not have to report their ridiculous waiting times for business. the order then takes forever, and most of the time is wrong. I'm sick of this place.
It used to be a good place, but not anymore. The employees are rude, not only for customers, but for each other. They are more interested in playing around than working.
We only needed a little dinner on the way out of town and stopped at arby’s for Q couples roast bark sandwiches and some curly pommes. they were so fresh! the dame at the opening window was cheerful and bright with the holiday season. I go back to the next visit, for which friendly voice and a hot meal at the end of a long, cold day.
Young supervisor taking orders in the drive-thru was exceptionally courteous professional and did his job well...however, the personnel responsible for filling my order dropped the ball. Had to send them back for a missing drink only to discover upon getting home with my order that I was missing not one, but both my orders of small fries. Disappointing.
