Bad Daddy's Burger - Raleigh

Given that I have spent about 15 years working in the restaurant industry, I know that these situations are sometimes unavoidable. The bartender apologized, and the manager came out personally to say sorry. He offered to replace the entire dish, even though I had eaten about 95% of it, and provided me with a voucher for my next visit. While it wasn't an ideal situation for either of us, it certainly made me feel valued as a customer, and I'm looking forward to returning. Overall, the burgers (minus the little mishap) were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond. Well done! Kudos for your professionalism!

This is a spot where my son and I enjoy adult drinks, burgers, and some entertainment together. It's turned into a cherished ritual for us. I truly appreciate the reliable experience at Bad Daddy's, whether we're in Fayetteville or Raleigh. The service has always been excellent!

Bad Daddy’s is an excellent spot for burger lovers. The food is delicious, the staff is consistently friendly, and the wait time to be seated is minimal. While nothing can top my father's burger, Bad Daddy has its own charm. The Bacon Burger on steroids is a crowd favorite—though it may not be the best choice for your arteries, who really cares? If you're into perfectly cooked burgers, you’ll appreciate this one, which is stacked high with two types of bacon and topped with bacon mayo. Yes, you read that right! You may find yourself giving a standing ovation to the chefs while waiting for the ambulance to take you to the ER. Trust me, it's a trip worth making!

We popped in on a Saturday night and had a great dining experience. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our server, Cam, was really attentive and even though he was new, had favorites and shared his honest opinion with us. Always ask your server their favorites! We ordered the chips and queso with bacon and the homemade potato chips as appetizers. Both were great- but my favorite was the chips. Dip them in the bad daddy sauce. I ordered the chicken tenders (which are Awesome! and the rest of our group ordered burgers to their specifications and none of us were disappointed. The food was great! We ended dinner with a Chunky Elvis shake. They were served in a refrigerated glass that had chocolate syrup squirted all around the inside and topped with whipped cream. Yummy! I highly recommend!

First time going here and I was thoroughly impressed! Great food, great service, great location! Burgers are really tasty and you can make a custom order with any toppings imaginable! Our food came out quickly too, which was a plus. The spacious building allowed for us to sit upstairs for burgers and conversation, without being crowded. They also have a full bar with TVs upstairs! I've had a great experience and will definitely be back again soon.
