DO NOT EAT HERE!! I have never left a review for a restaurant before and I just can’t move on without saying my peace. The ribs are a JOKE!! They will serve you bones with sauce on them. The lo mein will either be undercooked or overcooked with no flavor, and they skimp out on adding meat. If you want a good and far more authentic Asian restaurant to enjoy, go to noodle boulevard on Walnut St.
Shrimp egg foo young was gross. Had to toss it out. Wonton soup was barely edible. Would not order from here again...ever...no way...no how!!
Yeah this was so gross, i can't believe i wasted money. i ordered from here because it was closest to where i work but it was so disappointed. 1. couldn't understand the man in the front desk 2. ordered the spring rolls and got one shrimp roll, thank goodness i don't have food allergies 3. the wonton soup; broth was salty as hell and the wonton looked discolored and doughy 4. beef and broccoli was oily and the beef was tough and had discoloration as well. I swear every thing looked like it came out of a freezer and microwaved. worst 20$ i ever spent not worth it DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! i ended up throwing it away.
I want you to picture the worst possible dining experience you can have. This restaurant is the embodiment of that, and then some. Let 's start from the beginning. Unclean, uncomfortable restaurant space? Check. Being completely ignored by employees? Check. Being quoted a wait time, then waiting an extra 15+ minutes? Check. Totally inedible food (raw, completely overcooked, greasy beyond reason, completely different than what was advertised)? Check, check, check, check. Calling to request a partial refund, and being hung up on three different times? Check. Showing up at the restaurant, being ignored again, before being harassed, intimidated and gaslit for half an hour by the manager/owner about going through the website for a refund? Yup, check. Eventually calling the ordering company to get a refund, successfully getting one, escaping the extremely hostile situation, only to have the refund disputed and reduced to $5 by the very man who told you to go through that company? Checkeroo. Surely I 'm missing something, because this place really has it all. I have never felt so strongly that a business should be closed, and legal action being taken. I am writing this only so you, reader, know to look elsewhere. This place is far less than worth it. You will suffer if you order food here. P.S. The Chinese Donuts are literally Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits with granulated sugar on them. Completely raw. Yummy.
