Cook Out - Raleigh

Went the other night and the girl that was taking orders in the drive thru was so nice and so helpful. I have never had someone be so nice,helpful and patient especially in a drive thru. She made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. In the right thing I was very impressed.

Website says specifically this location offs dine-in. I drove out of my way to this location only to find out that dine-in means I get to sit at a picnic table in 100F heat with not even any shade. Certainly not the common definition of dine-in. I will not be back!

I just ordered from here at 7:34pm it’s 6/20/2023 ticket number 1245, although the cashier was very nice , whoever made my burger I believe gave me a burger that was bit off of. A portion of my burger did not have any meat and the edges of the burger in that particular area wasn’t evenly rounded it looked very ridged like when u bite into something! But if that’s not the case why would u give me a miniature burger Patty that doesn’t even fill up all the bread ?? I felt very cheated . But by the time I realized it I was by Crabtree and too tired to take it back. But that was messed up.

Fast service, however be aware the fries have been dry/cold since covid for some reason. Also trays used to be $5 they are now $9.

Absolutely the worst cook out experience I had. I was in the drive thru this afternoon around 2:30pm trying to place my order with my elderly parents, who were trying to decide what they wanted. The lady on the intercom was very nasty after I was giving her my order, there was a disconnect and I wasn’t sure if she heard me and I repeated that I wanted the cheddar white bites and she yelled at me saying “I already heard you say that what else do you want”. I told her there was no reason to yell at me and I would be giving my money to any place that is being disrespectful. I am absolutely disgusted.
