Feedback gevenI recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant where I have been a long-time customer. The person preparing my salad forgot some ingredients and became hostile when I pointed it out. Furthermore, she allowed someone else to cut in line ahead of me. When I asked her to finish my order, she rudely walked away, leaving me waiting. Later, she insulted me to her coworker and claimed she did not speak English when I requested to speak to the owner. It was upsetting to be treated poorly at a place I used to enjoy dining at. I hope the staff member responsible for my salad learns to treat customers with fairness and patience in the future.
Super slow service only 2 people working and they took their sweet time before taking orders. Once you place your order and pay the roaches come out. They have a grade of 94 hiding behind the fridge.
Having eaten at this chain in another state, I had high expectations. After changing management three times, I was anticipating an increase in customer service and food quality but my last experience left me hungry. I ordered a black and blue salad and was asked which dressing I would like. My salad was then smothered in dressing. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got back to my desk. It was virtually inedible. Do yourself a favor and order dressing on the side
Awful experience. i told them i didn’t want any meat and they laughed and said if i wanted the cheapest thing on the menu . will never come back again .
I go here as much as I can because it is the freshest ever! So good.
