Dunkin' - Raleigh

My mom and I visited here yesterday. They weren't busy at all so we were able to order right away and received our food/drinks in a timely manner. Their pumpkin flavor is back and they also sold coffee grinds/cups to take home with you. Wide variety of donuts available and it was in the afternoon. Inside was very clean. They do have all of the dining on the inside blocked off but there are a few tables to sit on outside if you would like to enjoy your beverage at the location. We ordered an egg and cheese croissant, frozen coffee with hazelnut and an iced chai latte. The croissant was amazing (per usual and the drinks were just ok. The iced chai had a funky after taste to it (somewhat soapy tasting? but still finished both drinks. Would come back to this location if nearby again!

I love Dunkin! Especially this one right here. The whole team is wonderful and hardworking! They are so polite and have speedy service as well. The bathroom was incredibly clean which I look for especially during covid season . I will definitely be returning again soon!

I love the chocolate cake doughnut. I got two this morning. Sometimes they sell out, but I was so happy that I was early this morning.

Young man behind the counter was extremely rude this morning. I realize that in this day and time we need to wear a mask while at your establishment however I had left mine in the car and he refused to serve me. I was the only on in the store so it really should not have been a big deal. If that's the way I am going to be treated then I will find another place to get my coffee in the morning. I have been coming there EVERY morning for 3 years

This dunkin was one of the best I had in a very long time. I have a French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar with a cinnamon. The coffee was perfect (whatever you do to make it, continue it! and the donut was beautiful and damp and not dry and crispy. Service was also nice. Are you going to this dunkin? The best in Raleigh.
