El Cerro - Raleigh

I ordered through DoorDash and found a long black hair in my food. Luckily I saw it before taking the bite. I will NEVER order from here again. My hair color light brown and short.

They steal their customers. Be careful when ordering, we were forced to pay twice for food we ordered online, then if we requested a refund because we do not want the food after such a bad treatment that the manager gave us an invalid receipt that obviously did not have the review for which my husband had already paid. Not worth the risk of credit card fraud or whatever they try to attract to their customers. We never received a refund for the almost $50 order. We used to be here, such a shame.

I went to this place on cinco de Mayo! It wasn?t too crowded considering this holiday. The waiters seemed very hectic and often brought us food we didn?t order because they mistook the tables. The menus were not very comprehensive making it harder to order. I asked what to order and was recommended the chipotle shrimp. I was highly disappointed with what I received. I received a few shrimp and too many beans. If you are looking for a fun place for friends this is the place!

Mexican food is delicious moreover I like seafood very much. Today I had an opportunity to try some seafood at this restaurant. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. One good thing I like about Mexican restaurant is Tortilla and salsa, they serve as soon as take table, no need to wait for food.
