Harmony Farms - Raleigh

This small local business offers a selection of vegan items. I used to visit here for harder-to-find products, but now that vegan options have become more mainstream, I tend to find most of the same items in more convenient shops. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but I can see individuals with disposable income choosing to shop here to support a local business instead of a chain.

The restaurant offers vegan options, but I found them to be quite pricey. Additionally, they also serve meat, so I wouldn't recommend it for those specifically seeking vegan cuisine. Update from a previous review on July 11, 2021.

They pride themselves on offering only NON-GMO, organic, and locally grown fruits and vegetables. Additionally, they have a wide selection of gluten-free and vegan products. There's a small area in the store where they serve fresh juices and smoothies. I had a strawberry chocolate smoothie made with coconut milk, and it was delicious! They use fresh produce in their beverages, ensuring quality and flavor. In addition to groceries, the store offers various wellness products including crystals, chakra candles, sage, and candle holders. I'm particularly fond of their range of cruelty-free and vegan makeup products, as well as shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. The aisles are elegantly arranged, fitting the overall aesthetic of the shop, which feels somewhat enchanting. They also sell water filters designed to remove flour, chemicals, and other impurities from tap water. The two owners come with a wealth of knowledge from their experience in fields such as Egyptology, spirituality, and holistic healing. They even offer energy healing and Reiki sessions, although I've not tried them myself. Harmony Farms also provides a selection of books and documentary films that promote a plant-based lifestyle. The majority of their literature covers topics related to spirituality, new age philosophy, and healthy living. While the prices can be on the higher side, it’s understandable given that the store is run by two people and focuses on fair-trade, bio, and non-GMO independent products, which tend to be more expensive. However, I was a bit unsettled by their mention of "local human flesh," as it appears to be a misunderstanding; there’s no such thing as human meat. Overall, the advantages of shopping here greatly outweigh any drawbacks. I highly recommend checking out the store if you can. They offer a fantastic selection of cruelty-free and vegan products, a beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and a strong commitment to promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I went into the harmony farms a few times, just for a step change. it's local in the possession, so I love going there, but it's kind of out of where I live. the staff is super nice and helpful, and the gluten-free selection is amazing. they have a whole wall of gluten-free materials; it seems as if they had a better choice of these products than any other store in the opposite. this place is also good for its apotheke type section. the personal can actually recommend them a good product, taking into account all their health and price requirements, in contrast to some other shops that I was. the only reason why I am no longer regularly here is because they simply do not offer enough products for my taste. they have a nice selection of organic products, but I am the type of person who likes to have six or seven wild different dishes per week.

I went there for breakfast. I had the breakfast quesadilha which was terrific! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great food!
