Consistently delicious all of the time with a very cool staff, and a very cool owner who really do want you to be happy. Give them a try. It 's worth it! Additionally, before you say that 's expensive you really get what you pay for. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients, and the food is delicious no matter what you eat.

I ordered,paid online and picked up my food and was charged a convenience fee of 1.50 and courtesy fee for 2.31. I'm appalled that business's are getting away with this. Not only were we charged these fees the food was not good. We ordered the vodka pie it had 0 taste, I had to use seasonings of my own to make it taste better. The other pie was half prosciutto half pepperoni. They forgot the prosciutto and the garlic knotts were undercooked.

BEWARE: We went to get take out of a total amount $162.03; I SIGNED the receipt with that amount on it. When I looked at my bank account the amount of $178 was charged. When I approached them about this they stated it is the practice of NC to charge 10% a take out fee . First off how can you have someone sign a receipt with one amount but charge them another. That is not proper or professional practice. Not only that but they also add a packaging fee as well. What sense does this make. This establishment is squeezing extra money out of their patrons without their permission.

My concern is that it’s unprofessional to have a customer sign a receipt for one amount but then charge a different one. Additionally, they also tack on a "packaging" fee. This seems unreasonable and suggests that the restaurant is charging extra money from customers without their explicit consent.

Great customer service and the food is excellent! I've enjoyed their dinners since moving here a year ago.
