Marco's Pizza - Raleigh

The restaurant is so focused on closing at 12 that they cannot fulfill orders placed over the phone before then. If they are no longer serving customers at 12, they should communicate that clearly instead of leading customers on. It is disappointing that they would not fulfill an order even when placed before closing time. The manager seems to be playing games and should be more upfront with customers about their capabilities.

Pizza here is delicious! The customer service I received here terrible. I was trying to get free cheese bread with my order with a coupon I received here the day prior to this post. No one could help me and the manager was clueless as well saying that she had never been on the website, and the receipt I received was incomplete. After sometime I just let it go and ordered my pizza and left. This was my second time coming here and was let down by management. Truly sad, as I really enjoyed the pizza!
