Mcdonald's - Raleigh

The only reason for 3 stars is eating was hot and good and relatiw fast for the crowds in the restaurant.1 ordering kiosk does not let them continue without table number near the kiosk there were no table number tents. After asking someone, they robbed them from the registers. kiosks are not close to the registers.2 I ordered unsweetened tee with light ice when I sat down and spit the tee I shot. I like mcdonalds tee, but if it's sweet, it's too much for me. I take it back and the young lady takes it back and when she returns, tells me that the unnunsweet tee (good thinking, I am not diabetic, since someone has decided that it was in order not to tell me.) I asked if they would do something (I would wait.) she told me that she didn't think that. (It's lunchtime, really? Maybe she was new, so I got a limo....Later, while I told someone else to order unsweetened tee. they told him they had done it, but it would be a wait.

Nothing I have experienced today with one of the employees and management on this site, who with mcdonald's mission and worth it. I am very disappointed at how this location works. I come a lot to this place because it is a close place to eat a good bite. However, in the last time every time I get the most bad customer service. it must be carried out some performance reviews and a proper training.

Customer service ever! I came to the place with an order for 9 drinks repeated the order twice at the drive thru and once I reached the window I ran it with the agent twice to ensure the accuracy. but as soon as I got to the window, the order was wrong. I asked the same woman who took the command to order. she asked her manager and I was told to get the order that I placed her blew I would go back to the first window and wait in the line to have corrected one drink while I bought nine. I asked to speak with the manager to have corrected it, he repeated that they could not correct the order they were wrong after I checked four times and when I waited in the line, he continued to call the police with children in the vehicle, although the only people were rude to him assistent willie and his coworkers. when we waited patiently, the police came as shocked and appalled as I and the children with me. in this current climate that the situation due to a mistake on the side of the mcdonalds fortunately for us, the cop saw clearly the abuse of the system and told me the right channels against the restaurant and the address to dieucks!

I'm someone who never goes through the running gear thru, I usually order online. Today I went through for the first time forever. first I don't understand why one wore me and was so rude about a buffalo sauce. I'm not one to argue, so I'll let her have her attitude and I'll go with what I asked childly. extremely rude and unprofessional. it was also an older woman. I will continue to order online and not face these workers.

IGT, I came to this restaurant McDonald's, after work and I bought a slush, I ask a guy if i could charge my cell he ask the manager he says no all outlets where shot down then when I was about to leave I had a cramp on my leg. So I had to lay down. So the 2 managers that were there immediately tolme to get up, I told then I can't be cause I have a cramp. They told me they don't care and call the police on me . 2 minutes and two police car were there . By that time I feel better but the police and the managers of this place told me to leave.
