Panera Bread - Raleigh

I ordered oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries, but they were out of stock. Instead, they kindly offered to substitute with a sliced banana and apple. I was impressed with their willingness to accommodate my request and ensure my satisfaction.

This Panera Bread location near UNC REX hospital has friendly staff and quick service, but it's best to go inside to order. Avoid using the drive-through, as the wait time is much longer. Ordering inside only takes about 3 minutes to grab a drink, but the drive-through can take upwards of 15 minutes just to place your order. Today, the wait was so long that I thought the speaker was broken. Other than that, the restaurant is pretty standard for Panera.

I really enjoy the variety of options on the menu and the food is always delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The coffee at this restaurant always tastes perfect and is served at the right temperature. The morning staff at the ordering desk can sometimes appear overwhelmed when there are only one or two of them working. It's a bit challenging to retrieve my pre-ordered coffee now that they have removed the self-service stations for cups.

My grilled cheese was burned and smashed. Mac and cheese was very runny. I spent a lot on this food but the quality was very poor

There are no parking spots available. Both parking lots are full of cars for the surrounding apartments. 5 people are inside but not a single vacant parking space at 1:30pm???? This is ridiculous!!! We are both handicapped and after circling both lots several times the only parking space that became available was for someone coming from the apartments and the car behind me got it!! If you want to go too Panera and eat inside, go somewhere else!
