Feedback gevenI sat for 15 minutes waiting for my order, and then wait another 15 minutes at the window. no cars in front of me and a HUGE line behind me in the car. When I came into the window, I saw two employees on their phones who made themselves pictures and complained about how long the journey was through the line. after 30 minutes waiting, breanna the layer manager gave me a refund and rudely hit the window. I went without eating and wasted a tonne gas. this is the worst Taco bell. they don't waste their time.
Drive-thru is hit or miss depending on how busy it is. I've started using the Mobile app for in-store pick-up's to avoid the line when I can. Staff is pretty friendly and food quality is consistently decent in my experience! Never had to wait too long to get my food made! Biggest complaint is that TB quesadillas shouldn't be $5, but that's not this location's fault lol
I just got a supreme hardshell taco from this place about 15 minutes ago and it looked like it came off of the commercial. I don't know what those young whippersnappers are doing back there, but someone is a taco artist!
Placed an online order for pickup at 11 PM. Arrived at the store at 11:10. The store is open until 12 and there were clearly employees inside with headsets on. They did not answer at the drive-thru kiosk and refused to acknowledge us when we pulled up at the window. Sat there for 20 minutes total hoping someone would answer. Ended up just having to cancel the order and leave.
This is our go-to location since it is closest to home. I would totally give it more stars if the consistency was there. Most of the time our orders are accurate and the dining room is clean. Many of the employees are familiar with my family when we visit and make us feel welcome, others not so much.
