Unfortunately the dining room is currently closed. my sohn loves taco bell so that we had to change plans on this one planning to eat in, but had to change plans. very fast ordering and friendly service, but we received the most beaten and fat tacos I have seen in my many years of eating taco bell. I mean, I'm not looking for culinary perfection here, but the tacos were disintegrated in the 30 seconds to just move into a parking lot to eat. I guess now they can avoid how they rotate the inner.

Literal earns 0 stars. this place always takes forever when ordering through the drive-thru. if they order for pick-up, it's even worse. they never know whose order is, and they force you to move forward to wait 30 minutes while they find out. they will accept orders for objects that are not in store, calculate them for them, and then simply give them something else to replace it. absolutely the worst restaurant in 20 miles from glenwood. I would like to drive 15 minutes to the next taco bell. Unless they don't give me any refund, so I just have to sit and wait. lmfao.

I want to start by saying I understand everywhere is short staff. This location on the other hand needs to learn face to face customer service. There is no sign telling you that the drive-through is online app water's only. About a week ago I had waited in the line for a good 15..20 minutes to get to the speaker then they tell me they're only accepting App orders. Today I stopped in there after work to order a burrito which was messed up when I did receive it after waiting 27 minutes. They were focused on nothing but the online orders and getting them out. I personally would tell everybody to avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. I am a storm manager myself And very disappointed in the customer service..
