Feedback gevenThe staff here is consistently friendly, and so far, our orders have been completely accurate—something I haven't often encountered at other Taco Bells lately!
I always came here, but now the load is always underused, so at the meal times there is a long waiting time. the inner is closed almost all the time without signing or explaining something why. the employees are always great and pleasant, but clearly they are not incentivized to stay because they receive minimal payment and have crazy hurry to work with 2-3 person teams. this is one of the most popular restaurants on one of the busiest roads in raleigh, so there is no excuse to make the work not more attractive to keep the place full of personal.
The service was painfully slow, with long wait times, and my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. I will never return to this Taco Bell or any other location. The place was dirty, including the restrooms, and the customer service was disappointing. If I could give it a negative star rating, I would.
Would not recommend this Taco Bell location, you can no longer order through the drive thru unless you order from grub hub or placed an order from door dash. Not sure who had the idea for that but this is the worst idea I've ever heard. I know it's only in the Raleigh locations, because I've never ran into this nonsense elsewhere.
Never have a great experience with the food. The prices have increased and the quality of the food has decreased. Always wind up a little disappointed but.. Marciala at the window makes it all worth it! Super sweet older lady and I see her almost every time I go. Whatever you pay her isn’t enough. She deserves more recognition. You’d be surprised how rare quality customer service is.
