I had a fantastic experience! The self-guided tour was thoroughly enjoyable, as you can scan signs with your phone to watch videos along the way. Joe provided taste testing afterwards, sharing cheerful insights about the origins and processes involved. The coffee, chocolate croissant, and assorted chocolates to-go were all delicious. Kudos to Videri! I wish they were hiring—what a wonderful place to work!

This is an amazing chocolate shop! They not only share the history of their chocolate but also explain the production process. You can sample all of their chocolate bars, and they offer a variety of options including chocolates, coffee, hot chocolate, and ice cream. Additionally, you can take a tour to see how they create their chocolates from bean to final product. I highly recommend it! There is a paid parking lot right next door, as well as limited street parking available in front.

We had a fantastic self-guided tour! It was enjoyable to learn about the chocolate-making process, and we appreciated the opportunity to taste samples before making a purchase. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which added to our experience. We really enjoyed our time there, especially finishing off with some delicious coffee hot chocolate!

What good is a day without chocolate? Well not a very good one, I'd say. But if you're going to eat chocolate, then get it from Videri Chocolate Factory. Right in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, you can smell the factory before you even get there...that's a good sign. You can buy boxes, bars, or individuals. You can even take a tour of the Factory and see how they make their yummy confections. Take it to go or stay and have a cup of coffee while eating a flaky chocolate croissant, can't go wrong there. Great staff...yummy treats

I visited this location on a Sunday so there were no workers in the chocolate making area for the store. However I was able to do a self guided tour using the QR codes around the store, so understandably so it was underwhelming. I'm sure its better when you can actually see the process in real time. I did though have the best frozen hot chocolate. It was just the right sweetness and had the purest smooth chocolate taste. My daughter had the hot chocolate which was also excellent.
