Worst bahn mi in the area and even worse quality control. I ordered a char siu pork bahn mi and instead got cold, rubbery pork belly with more inedible fat than meat. My SO's bahn mi had more lettuce than anything else and was a mess to eat because the top and bottom halves of the baguette were separated. What a disappointment.

Must try restaurants. There dumpling, wrap are so good . And bun ?

Good lunch spot, we got the pho and an app. Solid value and there was plenty of seating inside. We ordered through the kiosk and the food came out pretty quickly. Positive experience all around!

I've been a loyal customer of It's A Wrap for more than a year, often recommending it to friends and family. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. My main issues revolve around the decline in food quality. Got Pho to go multiple times and the herbs were not fresh. I even found a little bug in it one time.The chicken/ beef from the rice bowls taste old, got uncooked rice with questionable taste a couple times. I find myself tired of giving chances only to be met with further disappointment. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

Decent pho broth; very skimpy on toppings (basil, bean sprouts, etc.. . Not a fan of the paper bowls.
