Tim Hortons - Rama

4.5 STARSStayed at Rama for a couple of nights with mr. Trans family for a little mini March break getaway, and was on our way home and stopped by Timmies to get my toddler some timbits and a tea and bagel for myself.Drive thru was fast and quick, the lady on the speaker was polite and didn't rush us with our order as I don't order from timmies often and forget what kind of bagels they have and what type of cream cheeses they offer nowadays.I usually get earl grey double double and it can be a hit or miss sometimes, but this location had it perfect, the bagel was also toasted to perfection with just the right amount of cream cheese, not too little and not overkill. Definitely a place to stop by for a quick coffee/tea fix in the middle of nowhere.

Dirtiest washrooms ever seen.No cleanliness in the dinning area as well. Have to think again about getting anything from here; finally, stepped out getting a coffee (out of courtesy)

I only used the drive-thru and found it to be efficient. My order was correct and the staff were friendly.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, one without cheese, and the staff responded rudely with comments like "oh my god, aren't people getting picky these days." Their unprofessional behavior and complaints about doing their job were ridiculous. The environment was unfriendly, and I do not recommend wasting your money at this place. It seems like the management is nonexistent.

Whoever was working on Sunday, May 21st @12pm. We could hear you making fun of us and our order. I hope this will be corrected. You should not employ people who talk/act like this.Multiple times we have overheard the employees talking and laughing about sending out wrong orders. But they want a pay raise?? make my bagel right first lol
