Subway - Ramseur

Some of the best people work in this store.i refuse to go to any other subway. They are friendly, fast and fun. Store is very clean.

Very messed up place no manager on duty to solve my problem so I left without getting food cause staff one 15 yr old girl and her mom didn't feel like correctly handling the sale

When my partner and I were dining, the manager and another employee were openly discussing a fellow team member. They spoke loudly about how he shouldn't leave his backpack in the break area or do his homework during breaks. Next to us, there was just one other customer. With two employees and the manager present, it seems they should have prioritized cleanliness in the dining area instead of openly criticizing their colleague in front of customers. The pictures are from our table, and they highlight the need for better focus on maintaining a clean environment.

The ladies working there were really nice and very helpful in assisting me with my choice of sub.

This restaurant is generally quite average. However, there's a really nice girl who has been making the sandwiches lately, and her customer service is excellent when she's on shift. She did accidentally add jalapeños to my sub, though. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10.
