I just went through the drive-thru and had the BEST service, oh and the best drinks! I wish I would've gotten the lady's name. She was so personable and fun even though it was for only a few minutes. Great customer service! We ordered two medium blended caramel high rises and an iced white mocha latte. Everything turned out perfect! -Thank you Caribou

Very pleasant coffee shop! Very helpful and friendly staff. Tried the Lumberjack sandwich which was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Worst caribou experience this morning. I ordered a nitro fala latte(menu item that I've ordered at many locations) which is like a nitro latte only with egg nog instead of milk. I got to the window and was handed a nitro brew with a splash of egg nog which is not a latte. I looked at it and the person at the window asked if everything was alright and I explained that a latte is like 50% milk/egg nog and that I would like the drink remade which they did but after handing it to me a manager like person came to the window and scolded me for ordering this making me feel I was getting away with something bad and that they are not able to ring it up in the future that I can only get a splash of egg nog. I kindly explained that this was a menu item and that I have ordered it at many locations. To which I got the response well are location does not do this. I think when your paying so much for a drink that is clearly displayed on the menu you should get a quality drink also a coffee shop should understand what a latte is and if not tell me before i order... Either way it was a very disappointing experience that ruined my morning and it felt like they didn't have proper training. I will not be returning
