The food was not bad. We had ikan bakar (grilled fish), tuaran mee, fried meehon, Kung pou chicken, and fried cai Dan (baby kailan). There are fried chicken wings outside in a barbeque stall at the parking lot. The Hakka food court looks new and spacious. It seems considerably clean for a food court. This food court is located in the town of ranau. They accept both cash and DuitNow payments here. Not too shabby I would say.
Muslim food and non halal food also can be found here. It's the only food court here. Be warned that the food and drinks here are not cheap even by KL standard.
Really good Chinese food here and many stalls to choose from. Visited 3 times in one week! Halal and non-halal stalls available. The ayam penyet was very good, served with fried eggplant and rice. Mee basah also recommended, sauce has wok hey taste. All the siew yoke stalls have long belly pork cut. Very worth it. Price-wise maybe only slightly cheaper than KL/PJ street food but the portions here are bigger. Overall reasonable price, we see many locals also eat here. Locals are also very friendly and helpful here. Toilet and parking available.
Came here on a saturday, plenty of choices, there are many food stalls and hawkers with large variety. Plenty of tables, finding parking was challenging during lunchtime.
