Feedback gevenI tried this restaurant for the first time and meet the owner who was very rude. She was rude with me and I saw that she was not behaving good with a door dash guy. Food was also not served properly. I will never go to this place again and never recommend anyone. Very bad service.
Excellent food. Steamed broccoli was to perfection. I love that teriyaki chicken had incredible flavor and that the sauce was on the side without even asking. Definitely a healthy choice when you want it to be. The service was incredibly good. I definitely recommend this place.
THE MANAGE rubbed me the wrong way. She was so rude and acted as if I was supposed to know that they charged for their sauce when I asked her. She had an unnecessary attitude. However, when I went back again, she wasn't there, and the young man behind the counter was very pleasant and offered me a free extra teriyaki sauce since his manager wasn't there. I didn't ask for free sauce because I was already prepared to pay the $0.50. However, he acted as if he was relieved that his manager wasn't there. SMH. The MANAGE WAS VERY RUDE. IT DOESN'T COST ANYTHING TO BE KIND.

Placed an order online and went and picked it up. When I got home I found half the order was wrong. I called a the girl that answered the phone had to look up the original order. She agreed they made a mistake. I asked them to remake the entire order and I would bring back what I picked up. She said no they won't do that, they would only replace the one they screwed up on. I said I did not want cold food for dinner and reheating the Teriyaki Chicken would toughen it up and it was not my fault. She said that was all they would do. I took back the Grilled Shrimp to pick up the Shrimp Tempura I ordered. I got there and they took the Grilled Shrimp and handed it back to the kitchen (instead of throwing it out like safety code dictates). We frequently have ordered from here, but this will be the last time. I agree that mistakes can be made and for them to not agree to remake the whole order since it was their fault was wrong. We will now go to the Zinfandel store if we decide to get anything from I Love Teriyaki again. I bet they served that dirty Grilled Shrimp I took back. This is why more and more businesses go out of business. Lack of customer service or satisfaction.
