Mountain Mike's Pizza - Rancho Cordova

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and usually love this place. However, right now, there’s someone on the phone who doesn’t seem to be able to take orders properly. It’s so frustrating that I’m sitting in the lobby with three other people all commenting on the same issue. Additionally, they don’t seem interested in giving you the best deal. They tried to charge me more when they had a promotion for buy one large specialty pizza and get a large one-topping pizza for free. Make sure to keep an eye on what they’re charging you. My bill was initially $53, but it dropped to $30 once I pointed out the deal that was posted right above me.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the rude owner. I would advise against going there. The owner only prepared one veggie pizza, and it was half veggie and half cheese. When we arrived an hour before closing, she informed us that there would be no more pizzas available. This was our first and definitely our last visit to any Mountain Mike's location. The owner could have easily mentioned upfront that there was only one hour left for the buffet and that no more pizzas would be made. We specifically informed her that we were vegetarian when we paid, yet she charged us without any hesitation. It wasn't worth a single penny, and we ended up paying $14 each.

They offer special discounts on Tuesdays and possibly on Saturdays as well. Be sure to check it out! Their pizzas are incredibly delicious.

The food was excellent, but they didn't seem to pay attention when I requested extra mushrooms. I ended up with just enough to barely notice them on my pizza.
