Chili's Grill - Rancho Cucagmonga

Foods tested bad. Seem like they gave us old fries. It's so dry and got bad oil smell.I won't go back for a long long long time. We were so disappointed ?

I'm not from the area but everyone was so nice and there was a group of friends having a Superbowl party and they included my boyfriend and I. Whenever we're in the area again we will be back.

We hadn't been to Chili's for a while so we decided to stop by. Service was friendly, prompt, and efficient; the mood of the place was great. The only issue was the carne asada mostly gristle on this trip. My sister's sirloin was excellent, and my aunt's burger was very good. The carne asada, however, was not seasoned well and was nearly impossible to cut or chew.This isn't something that would prevent us coming back, but we won't order that dish again.

The food was very good. The service was adequate. The vibe was lively and enjoyable. My only issue, which is more my fault, is assuming that chips/salsa were complimentary. The item was offered like at other places that offer as complimentary. They are not at Chili's and the item is not cheap.

Join the e club to get rewards. I got the 3 for 10.99. I used my rewards for chips and salsa. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with french fries and had an salad and a strawberry lemonade. It was a 30 min wait so we sat in the bar area and didn't have to wait. The server was helpful. The food was served hot and was very fresh. They have removed most items from what used to be 3 for 10. They like all restaurants. Most places were 20 for something similar and then you would have to pay 4 for soda plus 6 dollars for a salad and 8 dollars for salsa. I had a pleasant experience
