Feedback gevenWe were going to drive 40 minutes to get here. The nearest Sonics location. We had one question but no one answered the phone. Kept getting a pick up and hang up. So we changed plans. Imagine if you had a complaint and wanted to reach the manager. Says alot. No Thanks.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Gabriella the manager at the time is very rude and ignorant. I asked for a refund because it took over 30 min to get my order. She said she couldn't give me a refund and that I had to call corporate for the refund. Asked her for the number to corporate and she didn't know it because they never had to use it. I have been to Sonics all over socal and never had a bad experience until now. Stay away from this Sonics in Rancho cucamonga off 4th street.
