Starbucks - Rancho Cucagmonga

I used to really enjoy coming here for the great atmosphere and friendly service before the pandemic. Now, they've really excelled with the drive-thru service and they make a fantastic Pumpkin Spice Frap.

I was disappointed that the option to order ahead wasn't available, which likely contributed to the long line at the drive-thru. Nevertheless, I gave them a full 5 stars because the person on the speaker was incredibly helpful and patient. Plus, my drink was perfect!

I really enjoy this restaurant! The staff always delivers outstanding customer service, and my orders are always accurate. My breakfast is consistently served hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place, which is why I keep returning!

This is not a Starbucks; it's simply a letdown that offers overly sweet drinks. I've visited a few times, but today was particularly disappointing. They often run out of random items like straws, carriers, and napkins, but today they were out of everything—carriers, stoppers, straws, you name it. My drink ended up spilling all over my car. The staff didn’t seem to care or apologize, as if it’s not their problem that they’re out of supplies. I won't be coming back to this Starbucks.

The atmosphere here is wonderfully calming, featuring a lively social scene. You'll see people absorbed in their phones, laptops, and conversations, all while savoring some of the best coffee and drinks. It's also fantastic that Starbucks remains open until 9 or even 10 PM in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I really enjoy this place!
