Coffee is beautiful. I asked for hazelnut coffee with milk like the true Hispanic that I am and the guy at the front got really confused. His manager smiled and fixed it. It came out chefs kiss delicious which is what I like what Coffee Bean. It's not all sugar, it's actually good coffee flavor. The place is really nice, good space for seating. Has drive thru.Parking: Bug plaza but it can get pretty busy

Please avoid this coffee bean very un welcoming, so this particular evening I decided to order my sister a drink. Soon as I walked in a employee just ignored me she made eye contact with me and just kept making drinks. Not once did she say hold on I will be with you in a moment. That would have been the right thing to do. Gloria a manger or another employee came out from the back and I told her what happened, she completely brushed it off and said oh she was taking a order that 's why mind you I never seen the girl doing that it was not even busy and if it was all she had to do was acknowledge I was there a paying customer. I was very disappointed on how Gloria responded to me I felt like she was dismissive. The attitude in that coffee shop is nasty and I will not be coming back. They have no class! Or customer service they don 't care. Also Gloria needs to work on her approach with customers, she needs to be more compassionate and understanding not rude. It 's the customers that pay thier salaries least they could do is be nice!!!
