Feedback gevenWe were fortunate to have made a reservation through OpenTable, as the restaurant has limited seating and we were informed there would be a 45-minute wait without a reservation. One aspect we didn't appreciate was the lack of physical menus; instead, we had to scan a barcode to access the menu on our phones. Since my partner isn't very tech-savvy, I had to read part of the menu to him. He ordered the ribs and received a complimentary Pizookie, which was a nice surprise. The food and service were excellent, but about 10 minutes before we left, a family of five was seated just on the other side of the partition, definitely not six feet away from us.
Very nice to finally be able to eat In a restaurant again.
Chicken was way too salty. Server apologized and took it off the bill.
Felt rushed and waiter didn’t pay hardly any attention to us
Our first time at BJ’s and it was NOT a good experience at all. For starters our server did not acknowledge us for at least 20 minutes! Not even to offer some water! Then it took 30+ minutes to get our food. Ordered a Pizza and it was barely warm! Must have been sitting in the back for some time before they brought it out. Let’s just say the server brought the “pan pizza” with no need of a handle or cloth to keep her from burning her hands! Not a good experience at all. Only good thing is that we had a reservation and they did sit us quickly, but then waited the 20 mins before we were anyone came by.
