Nicholas is such a fantastic employee! He truly makes you feel welcome, and his positive energy is infectious. I never thought a fast food experience could brighten my day, but here I am!

This used to be a convenient stop off the freeway, but it seems the quality and service have declined, possibly due to younger staff. I had to ask for my card to be returned and received the wrong order, which I didn’t realize until I was back on the freeway. Additionally, my order was missing some items.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was only one woman responsible for cleaning and taking orders, so I had to wait for her to finish mopping while another staff member assured me that my order would be taken shortly. I ordered medium curly fries and a burger. When I opened my bag at work, I couldn't help but laugh at what I found. The burger consisted of just two buns, a piece of meat, and two slices of bacon—completely missing lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and onions. I was really shocked at how poorly it was assembled, especially given the price I paid.

I absolutely love Jack In The Box! I'm really into their whole aesthetic and vibe. Their burgers are the best around, and the guy who took my order was so much fun! I was really impressed with the customer service at this location. Oh, and I can't forget to mention how much I love their curly fries!
