Mcdonald's - Rancho Cucamonga

Good job Rancho Cucamonga location. Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe Meal and kids Hamburger Happy Meal came complete and everthing was good.

Ordered a sausage McMuffin with no egg and received a ham and egg McMuffin and its happened multiple times.

Don?t go here or doordash from here. i gave this spot multiple chances and they completely screw up your order whether it?s in person or from doordash. today alone i received a burger with no patty IN PERSON. the person that took our order even read itback to us correctly to confirm so i?m sure it has to be within those who prepare the food. we ordered two m&m mcflurrys and gottwo oreo mcflurrys then on doordash, we were missing a large coffee and a mcchicken. how are you going to give me two straws butone drink? i?ve had to get my money back multiple times on doordash in which my bag was never opened by my dashers and i reachedout to confirm with the drivers that the driver didn?t forget to give me another bag. i left a bad review for this mcdonald?s ondoordash a few times as well. this mcdonald?s has gone completely downhill.

The staff keep missing on the orders. The girl that put together the happy meal don?t even care to put ice in the OJ. We have to drink lukewarm OJ?

I recently purchased two kids meals at this restaurant and my children requested Chocolate Milk. After they drank it, they complained that it didn't taste good and ended up with stomachaches. Upon checking the expiration date, I found that the Chocolate Milk was set to expire on December 3, 2022, just one day after I bought it on December 2, 2022. After reading some reviews, I realized that this McDonald's location is not a reliable place to get food from. I would highly recommend avoiding this branch.
