Sharetea - Rancho Cucamonga

I was there last month to get a drink. I drank water while I was in the snake, and the guy behind the counter tells me to stop and a mask on which I literally had the stray in my mouth when he looked at me and it said. no other males were asked to put theirs, nor has anyone masked on, whether they drink or not. I have no idea what made him kidnap me, but as the first experience in sharetea it made me turn around and do not want to come back. they are also not the only Boba place in the shopping center, so people have other possibilities.

Mojito drink had interesting flavor but was not mixed well and left a bad aftertaste. Huge undissolved sugar crystals made the drinking process more like eating pop rocks. Cannot speak for other drinks

So my family and went here on Friday and as I was paying for our drinks one of the employees that was making the drinks rudely interrupted the young lady that was helping us and told her to check the 20 bill I handed her to make sure it was real ... keep in mind my family and I are African American the whole experience was very uncomfortable and made us all very upset it was totally embarrassing we looked to see if it was something they did to all customers paying with cash but it did not appear that way it was only us we definitely won't be returning

The worst service ever ! Rude,rude rude I can’t believe that the owner will treat customers in that manner he has no respect and manners to people we are daily customers will never go again !! He miss treat us for a mistake he did and charged us twice . I have prove of my order and he still charged me again . I really don’t even want to give him one star but I have to do that to give a comment .

I really recommend the oreo with pearl it is amazing!! I drove 30 mins just to have one the best so far !
