Ya-whoo Donuts - Rancho Cucamonga

I work in the building next door and decided to try the famous ham and cheese sandwich. Oh my goodness, it was huge and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my go-to breakfast spot from now on.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. The staff does not listen and has a bad attitude towards customers. They also overcharge for fees. If they are having a bad day, their behavior is even worse with constant irritation. Additionally, it is strange that they do not serve breakfast with ice.

The change was about 50 cent. cashier looked mad when I informed her that I missed this order. she took her out of the register, gave it to me and didn't even apologize for abuse. I wonder if it was useful or not. I would like to think it wasn’t, based on all the great reviews that this place has, but they know it’s the small things that count. especially when it comes to dealing with customer service. independent of this, will not come back here.

I have been going to this donut shop every since I was a kid. The friendly environment always made mine and my family’s mornings better. The donuts are very good, my siblings really like the ham and cheese croissant. Still is one of my favorite donut shops.
