Feedback gevenHungry and parched I entered this establishment from the dry and arid desert surrounding it. I sought food and water. My sandwich was made simply and properly, but as I requested a simple cup of water, I was told I would have to pay the price of a soft drink. They told me that they had run out of cups for water, and that any pilgrims like myself wanting nothing more than to slake their thirst would have to pay the full price for soda. It struck me as horrible that a simple cup of water, which is almost universally given to customers free of charge, cost me dearly. Water is a necessity, that we should not be obliged to pay for especially in arid environments like that of the desert that this subway is located in. It grieves me to think that other thirsty travelers like myself might be denied that nectar of life due to an outrageous lack of little plastic cups for water.
Walked in 20 minutes before closing and this tall lady said they were closed. Ridiculous.
Trying to call and cancel my order that I accidentally placed at wrong store and it just beeps.. ?
The quality of food is not great, tasty. Bread is chewy. Don't take coupons or offers.
I've had nothing but bad incounters at this location post COVID.I8 On at least 3 separate occasions over a period of a month, I attempted to get a sandwich after the posted opening times. I could see employees, but they refused to acknowledge my presents. I called the resturants phone number and could hear it ring from outside the windows and still no response from they employees.The fourth time and what will be my last, I managed to get in after waiting minutes again after the listed opening time. I was horrified to see the condomints were obviously from the day before. The mayonse was brown around the edges, and yet the employee that wasn't helping me simply stirred all of the mayonse together so that it looked more appealing. The vegetables looked welted, and frankly, nothing I would willingly eat. It's clear that the manager and/or owner are either unaware of this or simply have put too much faith in employees who clearly have no concern in the well-being of their costumers.
