Feedback gevenHave been here twice now and the taste is consistent with all the other Wingstop’s I’ve eaten at. Their service though has been great. The first time we actually made the mistake of ordering boneless wings when we wanted traditional. We tried it and they were gross, but they let us return the order and pay the extra to get the right wings. And we are talking a 40pc. order, so it was a big order and they were really cool about it.
Had original flavor, they were dry and blue cheese sauce was thin, watered-down. Couldn't finish them.
Ordered a 15 piece with fries and a soda. Fries were old and cold, the wings had no flavor. Never recommending this place to anyone. Just shut this one and the Date Palm one down. Both terrible.
Very frustrating… tried to call in to place a to go order via phone call. I was driving so I could not place it online. I called 5 times in a row with no answer. The phone number prompts you to press 1 to place a to go order so this shows me this is a actual option, I showed up only 4 customers in the store, I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and assumed the store phone was down, but tried calling it while I waited for my order. To my surprise the phone was ringing loud enough for me to hear it in the lobby.. not one employee even looked that way all of them ignored it which explains why I called 5 times with no answer. I’m not even mad at the employees this is managements fault they obviously do not set correct expectations around answering the phone… and If the company expectations is not to answer why have the option to call and order.
My order was taken right away, staff was really friendly and helpful, my wings were hot, crispy and delicious.
