Cibo Italiano - Rancho Santa Margarita

After 10 minutes of the displacement of a new branch/deli/restaurant with all kinds of items/food they had in the store, I approached Gisella to ask her a few questions about the chilled gnocchi and pastas. Let me say that....l will never support a business where the owner's greeting, offer to answer questions, let alone your 5 years old scream after leaving as they blame him for breaking something I confirmed he didn't. What a joke. Their very bad attitude and terrible star before what my questions about food had been was so unpleasant that I actually told her that I changed my mind and that I actually have no questions for her anymore. What an adult is acting like this nowadays. How did she stay with her bad attitude. I do not expect much; only the minimum level of normality for a shopper in a new business and a certain feeling of acting to a 5 years old. Maybe she chooses who is beautiful or normal and carries the cross on her neck all wrong. Good luck and be nice if you want to stay in business. Being forgery only goes so long. You call yourself a cook, in the meaning of a professional cook, but there was absolutely nothing professional about you in this short encounter. Shame! You didn't make your parents proud.

The pasta as always is delicious. It's so sweet. It's nice and close to me. I like to go for lunch and sit outside when it's beautiful. The owner is so sweet. Thank you for a great service.

Stunned on this restaurant while looking for something for lunch, and wow it was great. I had a cup of butternut squash soup, so tasteful and creamy! I also had the pumpkin Risotto? I swear I was in heaven. It was so rich and creamy, but not overwhelming, flavors outstanding!! I'm sure this is a seasonal taste of the Risotto, but I'm also sure there's any?regular? risotto here is just as amazing! I also noticed that they have a small section of cookies, pastas, pasta sauces, etc.? There are desserts as well as bottled drinks and frozen foods. Great variety of everything. 20/10 definitely recommend!!!

What a brilliant day. So helpful, turned to me to coat flowers. The best. Your choice is superior. Had lemon cookies that were the best sweetness I had in a really long time. If you want top shelf Italian, make sure you visit.

This was our family spot during the pandemic. We got our birthday cakes, custom Italian cakes, chocolate easter eggs, just about everything that we celebrated, we commemorated with Cibo! We love Cibo! Dine-in or take-out it's always amazing!
