Where do I start...? First of all there are 2 lines clearly indicated to reduce the wait time but the first lane wasn't working and there were no indicators letting customers know that it was just one line to be used. So I was there for a while before being asked to join the other line. The voice thingy was echoing the heated misunderstanding going on in the kitchen, when it finally got to my turn to make payment the attendant didn't open the window to take the payment for a good 3 minutes!!!! When she finally got to open the window she threw out a weak apology that wasn't sincere and not one needed. To crown it all up my fires were too dry and my spicy chicken burger fell short of the Checkers burger glory!! My experience was so flawed from the get go that I might not visit in a very long while. Too bad. But hey life goes on

Number 1, the burger was extremely salty!! Not edible AT ALL! 2, the sprite was disgustingly watered down! What is wrong with y'all?? Not coming here again!

Used the drive-thru. I was given the wrong bag of food, the soda didn't have flavor. Glad I checked before going all the way home.
